Title: New IRC Channel for real time communication on Halloween regarding pirates!

Hey guys- I'm new here, but I thought it might be nice to have some real time communication for Halloween to discuss shortwave pirates. The channels I used to frequent are dead.

So here it is- I'm trying to get a website set up with kiwi so that it's easier for newbies to connect. But if you know IRC, here are the details-
