Very, very good (excellent, really) signal being copied from Santa Maria di Galeria this morning. Hopefully a good sign of what to expect today.

Nice catch, got home just minutes too late to try it.  I did have a decent reception of AIR on 11560 just after 1400 utc.  Maybe it is a sign of good reception today.

Thanks. I have yet to copy more than a faint carrier for AIR 11560 this year, but I don't always remember to check because it's been so hard to catch, even with the sunspots and solar flux.

Good reception, some fades

11 Nov 2021

1357 African accented OM in English doing BBC ID spot "For more information go to our website...." , repeated several times with BBC tones
1400 OM and YL in Somali Language talking back and forth
1401 YL singing unaccompanied by music
1422 Absolute perfect reception now, like local AM....YL speaking in Somalian at length, then switching to recorded talk by OM

21470 BBC broadcast in Somali, very good reception today 18 Nov 2021 at 1430 UTC. Solid S9 in WNY with no fade.
