Title: 1710 KHz UNID 0322 UTC 11/22/2012

I caught this one on 1710 last night, sounds Spanish with a possible ID right at the beginning of this clip:

1710 Khz UNID 22NO12 0322 UTC.mp3 (http://amdxer.com/download/DX_Audio_Clips_Other/1710%20Khz%20UNID%2022NO12%200322%20UTC.mp3)

Their carrier was drifting all over causing it to stand out from the "regulars" on 1710.  New for me, but UNID as of now unless someone recognizes it.  I can say for certain that this wasn't Radio Celestial.

Could it be that station we recently spoke of in NC? The call escapes me? I hear 1920s type music also.
