2328 UTC I'm hearing fragments of music here for the very first time.....not sure if Radio Pushka. Too brief to be sure what genre and the peskies yakking on 6919L are creating QRM. So I'm calling this one tentative!

Faint music and sometimes a bit louder. No idea what's being said. No sure if this is R. Puska or peskies.
