I was just listening to the recording I made. I assumed it included a relay of a licensed station because I heard an ad, then a woman announcer with an ID that sounded like "WELI, Power Radio," then a slowed-down announcer talking that I thought probably included an ID from whoever was doing the shortwave relay. The levels of this announcement were low enough that I couldn't understand it. When I came back to the computer to report this, I had a QSL from WBLR waiting in my in-box. Thanks much!
