Sadly that makes it rather unlikely that you copied Sound of Hope, especially if you're not on the Pacific coast. SOH is known to broadcast with very low power (just 100 W I think - yes, W, not kW) and most frequencies are jammed by China using their CNR1 programming. Did you hear any ID or run through any checks of known CNR1 frequencies (those that aren't used to jam other transmissions) to eliminate that possibility?

Unfortunately, it was foreign language (Chinese of similar dialect). Sound of Hope was originally selected based on the EiBi database but I also see that CNR1 is listed on the same frequency. CNR1 is most likely to be correct.
