Copying at home QTH, Token SDR in the Mojave, Northern Utah SDR, and HFU kiwi SDR in MD. I thought maybe it was WWCR but their website says simply that they're not broadcasting on 3215 (or 6115) at this time, not that they are on new frequencies, plus the feed for WWCR 1 (which is 3215 at night) didn't match this broadcast. Checking out WRMI, WBCQ, KVOH, and WTWW websites gave no information that any of them are using the frequency now, and naturally there's nothing on any of the general shortwave schedule lists. So, a bit of a mystery. Given the cross country reception I feel pretty certain it's a US based broadcast. (Still on as of 0335.)

EDIT: Thanks to ~SIGINT~ for the info! I definitely see a carrier on the waterfall though.
