1827 S9+ ending propagation some talking, still heard well in Czech Republic
2132 S9+40 - such deep fluctuations and the return of signal strength suggest that the reason is probably not propagation, but technology. I have checked this phenomenon on many European receivers. It should be noted if the power spikes happen suddenly.
