Weak and fighting the noise here. I believe that this is Coastal Rock Radio, there was a request for reports with an email address given at 2129z but was for the most part covered by static at that point.

2123  Listening to a barely audible signal with music, some talk in ? Russian at one point - Just barely audible until 2125.  Audio came up enough for clear mellow vocal in non English, 2130 two "Radio ?" ID's into another mellow song, ID, "One toke over the line".  Didn't get an accurate ID either time.
