1809 UTC Music
1812 UTC OM chat, into an unid C&W song with YL? singer...lyrics "I'm So Lonely I Could Die"
1815 UTC Different song now (Mostly in the noise)
1832 UTC Signal faded back in with unid early rock tune
1833 UTC OM IDing the next song by the Falcons, into an early Doo Wop tune
1835 UTC OM DJ chat with ID
(Gotta run an errand....will leave the recorder running)
Listened back on the recording....signal dropped out quite a bit after 1839 UTC. Some peaks after that including the DJ giving a postal address in Ventura, Ca and an aol email addy before QRT at 1905 UTC

Thanks for the show! Love the early rock-n-roll!
Here's a link to 7 minutes of the show when reception was mostly above the noise:

1817  Unusable in Wyomissing.  I can hear the music and what I believe an OM in the role of announcer, but I cannot understand a word.  Noise is at about minus 113 dB and the carrier is about minus 100 to 105 dB.  Just too weak.

Elvis or similar and other great 50's and 60's oldies at 1826 tune in -- signal fair to improving via na5b in Virginia
Freq measured as 6872.74
Best signal heard as of 1837 is at Newton NH
Announcer giving mailing address and asking for reports
Rock It Radio
POB 5617
Ventura, CA 93005
Signal also good at East Falmouth MA  S9 or better...
At 1857 smashed by brief wide band signal which quieted down after
1859 announcer mentions "summer months" and difficulty of reception -- those this is a recorded pgm
Closed down around 1905 UTC
