1746 now fadin down here, but should be heard strong across the pond

edit : on NE of USA, Zenith was below Outhouse Radio, also on 6950 USB,
just guessed below on a USA SDR with antenna to Europe,
till very late in the night when Outhouse closed down. See replies (to be moved here)
