Carrier on 0157 at S8, music starting at 0201. Reasonably certain this is RJI, but the couple IDs I heard are tent.
Strong S8 at start, but quickly fading down to S5 over an S4 floor.
0258 Peaked up with solid "Radio Jamba" ID
