Tuned in at 2344utc on Normal IL sdr, see carrier on waterfall but hear no audio, at 0000utc tuned in locally and hear weak audio in usb mode,

Just sat down and heard him screaming. Now playing a song by a woman with a kind of romantic feel to it. Weak in the noise here.
2358: nice piano music. The signal seems better, I think that the noise is less of a problem now.
