Tuned in at 0017utc on Normal IL sdr, fair S5-S7 signal, hear old song "my sweet lord" by one of the former beatles, at 0021 reggae music, much dead air with room noise, at 0025 woman saying "welcome to (??) radio", at 0029utc tuned in locally with S9 to S9+10 signal over S9 neighborhood noise, at 0041 woman finally gave slow and clearly enunciated ID as "Clear Talk Radio",
