heard since 1103 utc, still going 1525

instrumental version of "Hello Muddh, Hello Faddah" looping continuously, was s5 now s3

I have it here, extremely weak, but audible when WWV is not sending the constant tone.

Also someone with test counts 5 4 3 2 1, in USB mode anyway.

I also heard two separate test counts, at 1554 UTC and again at 1558 UTC. Not particularly strong, but clearly noted under WWV (which is S9+20). English with possibly a North American accent.
