1002-1006z souns like an Anonymous hacker speech.

SDR catch here. There were a few transmissions, starting at 0956. Computer voice talking about the Westboro Church, and their funeral protests against former military members. Quite a few breaks in the transmissions, each lasting a few moments. OM with a "123" test count several times at 0957z. Music at 0959z. Computer voice back at 1002z. "We are Anonymous". A very good signal, especially the 1002-1005 transmission.
