UNID 4030.0 kHz USB 01:40 UTC 22 JANUARY 2022

01:40 UTC - UNID with some music and sweeping audio signals and sound effects. Discovered this one while getting ready for BallSmacker Radio. Monitoring via the Laurel Springs KiwiSDR;
01:45 UTC - Spacey sounding versions of several James Bond themes.
01:57 UTC - Female voice with "... thank you for being our neighbour ... up to the skies.";
02:01 UTC - Appears to have gone off the air as BallSmacker Radio is now on the frequency.

Tuned in at 0152utc on Barrington Hills sdr, weak S5 signal over S3 noise level, heard 007 theme for a moment then song "to sir with love" performed by British singer Lulu from movie of same name
