Tuned in at 2323utc on Normal IL sdr with S3 to S5 signal, heard end of song "more than a feeling" then dead air, at 2325 wicked laugh then at 2326 a few seconds of music box then male talking fast along with electric guitar then into a heavy metal punk song,
