On 6165 AM at 17:30:00 UTC there was a broadcast in English, Korean, and Spanish. It was mostly in English but frequently cut to speaking Korean and there was someone who spoke Spanish too? it was all a little bit confusing. I googled it and apparently it was a China International Radio broadcast that was supposed to be all in English. Does anyone know what might have been going on? Thx.
