Sounding very monotone, robot-like, with bursts of data. Just seemed out of the ordinary. and unusually clear.
2339 - Have not heard the bursts again. Maybe was another signal.

2349 - At some point, switched to upper side band.

Also caught this before the switch to USB, later when he switched to LSB you could hear a drumbeat or production effect.
