Christmas music. This may have been on since 1200z, I am still checking the SDR recordings.

WWCR often throws a spur on 6970, so it could be them, and not a pirate.

Anyone else hearing it?

All I have is a carrier at 15:00 UTC

1510Z Also hearing a carrier out on the west coast but can't detect any modulation. OTHR is on top of it and the noise blanker doesn't do much to eliminate it.
