 Radio Romania Intl 7375 khz @ 0139 utc with flute music.  ID @ 0141 utc then back to STRANGE music on a Jew's harp.    Commentary in French @ 0144 utc, then back to music at 0145.

SINPO: 3-2-2-3-3 with increasing QRN from upcoming storm front.
