Getting solid copy of Sitor B/Navtex from KHP , San Francisco Radio, CA on 12585.5 USB at 00:30UTC. Great reception from Florida to West Coast using my MLA30+, 4 ft off the ground in front of my ground floor against my building.
FLDigi is a great freeware and decodes lots of digital modes really good with my SDR.

I have to tune below listed channel to be close to carrier, hence why freq is listed at 12585.5 but I'm tuned at 12583.8.
Generally I get good results in USB mode, bandwidth 3000 khz, and tuned 1.7 Hz below listed freq.
