Undercover Radio: QSO w/ BOR down on 6925 prior to beginning this show on 6935u at around 0200z with "question authority" intro.  S7-S8 with some fade.

2:01 utc I heard Dr. Benway's voice. Sounded like he Had a tech. problem -
off air for a hand full of seconds then back on with current...

S6 to S7 here with some fading.

Static noise levels have been horrible lately.

At 3:45+ UTC hearing Benway here just above the static. Nice audio, but tough copy through the noise.
