maybe Zenith Classic Rock ?

edit : could not identify Zenith again, as the signal faded down to extra weak most of the time, and playing only long tracks, but the signal waas still there at 2217z,

and is still there and strong again on Wesnesday 23rd at 0715 with ID.

If no other station is reported on 6950 in America, I will move this topic to the European forum.
