Hearing some CW here in the noise.  Haven't done a full decode but I believe I am hearing "DE BOR" in part.

1419 "This is Blue Ocean Radio testing, from the west coast of North America" at better level.
1443 CW followed by a voice ID; S6 on an S2 floor

More CW and a voice shout-out (USB) to yours truly at 1445 UTC. Signal was S8 (estimated). My reception was remote from my shack (I'm at work). Thanks BOR!

Copied here as well, a very good signal, esp the CW.
