SSTV seems slower than usual. Is that the due to mode? Plus the QRM(?) is killing it.

0028 signal improved to about SIO 122 with 222 peaks. I heard an SSTV around 0010 but it was too weak to decode. (Just heard Outhouse Radio ID)
