because short-wave.info is down: I caught Russian language show on 5.965 @ 1525gmt., & definitely "Dasvidaniya" just b4 show went off with probably Chinese music...maybe R. China Int. show to their new friends?  :-\

Ok according to my new copy of Klingenfuss 2022 5965 is China Radio International from Beijing, Xian, or Kashi. To be specific Russian language from Beijing 15:00 to 15:57 targeting Asia.
