Heard most of this and it was a very strong signal at S9+. I believe this is a new program called Radio Angela (https://swling.com/blog/2022/02/wbcqs-new-radio-angela-service-on-4790-khz-begins-next-week/)

I believe 4790 is being branded as "Radio Angela" with individual broadcasts.  If I read the schedule correctly, you heard German program Jetzt Geht's Los!  https://swling.com/blog/2022/02/radio-angela-wbcq-4790-khz-schedule-march-1-12/
