18:03 UTC - ALE link followed by digital voice (could not decode ALE). 18:10 UTC nothing else heard at this time and no ALE UNLINK sequence.

This should be DHFCS Forest Moor, Gibraltar "XSS" as per 2022 Klingenfuss Utility.

Thanks, and from a responce on the UDXF:
A monthly US Government/Military continuity of government exercise. 6Y8M5 was actually using the wrong ALE address for this net. That address is normally seen (& will be used tomorrow & Thursday) on FEMA's DACN.
P.S. Glad to see that you have a Klingenfuss. I like those publications. My 2013 only has the Station: AMS.

Both the UK and the US networks have been noted on this frequency. With the 6Y8M5 ID I would assume what you have reported is the US network.

I got the Klingenfuss 2022/2021 Guide to Utility Radio Stations & 2022 Shortwave Frequency Guide and well worth it.
I'm in the process of deciding purchase of PC-ALE that supports 24 channels as ALE-141 mode promises some good monitoring here in Florida with USCG/DHS/US Customs/military
