steady at S9 in MO.Cool AM radio relay. heard "Kansas City" at 1:02z. occasional OTHR qrm.

Cool AM (presumed), 6940 U, 0115, 1/1/13.  Talk.  Weakly there with what sounds like sound effects, perhaps a skit.

Just above static floor.
