15745 KHZ @ 1320 UTC. YF/YM hosting dialogue talk in Tibetan.
Short-wave.info show no ChiCom jammers at this freq/time . Skywave Schedules, however, shows the jammer here. Dialect is Asian but doesn't appear to be Chinese.
