I've not heard this signal from my QTH in Rhode Island previously. It's booming this evening. Hardly any fading.

Frequency received is 11.253 USB at 0038 GMT.

Thanks  for the heads-up radiochaos. I have the transmission loud a mostly clear with some fading here at 0054 UTC.
