Maybe Mystery 21? I heard continuous music before with no jamming. Now I hear the jamming clearly as conditions of the band are improving.

Edit: Just been informed by Mystery21 that it is them on 4860 kHz.

1824 S9+20 jammed music,  I didn't listen to it before thinking it was Asia BCS
1858 S9+40 New theory   Washed Out
2055 ID promo jingle How soon is now?  T.A.T.U.
2100 QSY 4870 because of hard RTTY on 4860
2103 W M ID Pereputala  SEREBRO
2106 Mystery Radio 21 @ your rec.rep.are welkome
        S9+40 SINPO 55555
2112 Pozwól żyć  Gosia Andrzejewicz PL   thanks!

  - 1832 the channel 4860 is dirty but the upper band is the main distortion
Interesting observation, after expanding the width to about 6.5kHz, the signal readability improves
4870 early was free, but now 4871 is busy

I can hear Mystery 21 a lot better using ECSS-L mode with very little jamming. It seems the jammer is using USB mode, because when I use ECSS-U the jamming is a lot more present. I also see the jamming signal stronger above 4860 kHz.
