   - Hello Paul I know it WRMI/Radio Miami International doesnt broadcast on  6070, this is channel 292 form rohrbach, germany
For most of us it is obvious that with such a strong signal it was a transmission from Europe. Channel 282 provides its airtime to many radio stations from around the world and we know this every day in Europe.
Thank you for expanding the information I did not write.
