This is still on as of 2100 UTC though signal down a bit.
Not // to anything I can see on 1600 khz band

2052 UNID on 1646 (via Twente SDR), DJ in D and parts of music, 2058 OFF

2058 UNID on 1647 (via twente SDR), weaker station, talking (other voice)
edit : from Achim, that other station was R. Vrolijke Mijnwerker

later : 1646 is back (on the waterfall)

Sounds like a QSO
