Radio Vanuatu - 11835 kHz - South Pacific - this is the third harmonic of their 3945 kHz transmitter fundamental. This is a re-log from last night - only much stronger right now - heard sign on at 06:00 sharp. Solid ID over the air- easily matched to their online stream.

Low audio but copyable in Denver CO at 0805 UTC, SIO 233. YL voice speaking.

3945 is often barely a carrier here, i can tell theres audio.. but only that there is audio.. not even rmeotely who or what is saying anything.

11835 is quite audible here, loud in fact, and sounds good
