1555 just fading in, some music in the noise, storms growing
1600 tango music

then fading down and lost

1844 tango singer, again, again...  1852 UT on L-sideband (1858 UT gone)
1900 tango singer, same signal, but noise/storm noise growing ... tango, 1933

2040 tango, UT in U-sideband, clear L-sideband
2052 carrier  2100 carrier

2114 tango, 2116 talking (no copy, maybe a shout out ?), tango again
OFF by 2125

SIO 121 at 2025z - weak with me but I can tell they are playing music

Exact frequency is 6959.96 kHz. S7 with Northwest Ireland KiwiSDR.

Strong in Spain. Checked very good signal in Spain-SDRs. Probably transmits from Spain
