1417 off w/o ID

Strong signal with a familiarity to the RF sig in the waterfall.  Is that the appetizing aroma of today's breakfast catch sizzling in the pan that I detect?

SDR catch, tough copy due to a generally weak signal, an S unit two above the noise floor mostly. Some peaks to S5 around 1416z during Electric Avenue.

Fair to weak signal with some fading, but audible - same details as others.
