0258- SSTV        Very weak signal

While I was closing down the radio room after Sycko Radio QRT'd, another station came up on the frequency, but audio was threshold at best. I heard some very weak music as well as a waterfall picture and an SSTV

Looks like "UNCLE" or "HELLO" BOB OPIUM on both images....
