Started out with sporadic utterances. Cow mooing?   At 2235 strange song. Male rhyming
Clap your hands we me, wag wag your tale w me. Wag your tale like a dog. Wag it slow. Twisted broadcast.  Got to love pirates on shortwave.  S6 into Detroit. Noise bad on band.  More cow mooing 03:10 utc.
