Title: GHFS Lockbox USB 14::00 utc June17 2022

Lockbox sending numerous emergency action messages.  Unusual that many were stopped mid message with orders to disregard.  Reception fair on 11175,  extremly poor on 4724, 6739,13200, and 15016.  Weak but heard on 8992.

There are several instances which will result in a messaged being discarded:

• Higher precedence traffic;
• The current msg has expired; or
• Most commonly, once there are more than 2 errors in the delivery.

The Net Control Station (NCS) and occasionally a relay station have been very active this morning since about 14:23 UTC with a series of unique / distinct messages.
