Title: WRMI 15770 AM off air (again) at 1300 utc 22 Jun 2022

I was listening to WRMI's Radio Liberty (Russian Service) on 15770 in the 1200 utc hour, it included numerous American pop tunes including "Last Train to Clarksville".  At 1300 utc the broadcast stopped and nothing came on - dead air for 15 minutes as of now, there is a broadcast scheduled. 

Earlier this week a transmitter problem knocked them off the air for a couple hours on this frequency at this time, perhaps again.

Penguins have taken control of their antenna arrays. Penguins are long roosters, they like to get a good feed in. When the gators and pythons are thinned out ,the penguins will move along.
