Must be very localized. There has been absolutely no signal in my part of the hemisphere and nothing either on the HFU's KiwiSDR.

A good signal from 0148 UTC sign on with Glenn Miller "In The Mood", SIO 444 or even 555.
A clear ID at 0203, then off.
