From earlier today before bed, this Brazil based signal with 00KW beamed at .. i think 353 deg azimuth, with 100kw. 0830UTC in Alaska.. just slamming in like a ton of led shit bricks with an S9+45/SINPO 66666 signal!

In the lower 48, when you can't hear a thing from SA, you can count on RNA to be blasting on 11780 in the middle of the night.

Theyre supposed to be on during our local overnight hours and i havent heard them there in months.. and there was a shor time, a few weeks.. where 11780 was gone but 6180 was there... 

I wonder if they intentionally or for some technical or business reason only can run one transmitter?

This was Radio Nacional Amazonias 11780kHz Brazil with 100kw beamed at about 353 degrees Azimuth recorded early Saturday morning here in Alaska, as mentioned above when they were pumping out a SOLID, constant S9+45 signal.  WOWZERS!!
