Clear ID at 1711 UTC, during a peak to S9. Generally about S5 though.

1711Z Very weak into the west coast of Canada at the moment. I can detect bits of audio occasionally. As it's still early here, 0912 AM, I'm hoping his signal will build if he stays on long enough.
1726Z Black Arrow is coming up now and I can make out a lot of the commentary as well as recognise the music being played. Even as I am typing this, his signal is getting stronger.

Black Arrow S0-S3 in New Hampshire. Lots of splatter from 15825 evangelical makes copy difficult.
