Not sure if this is the same station moved or a different one, but I have a S9 signal with the SDR Plosnk KiwiSDR in Poland on 2980 kHz.

     The 100m band is very much alive in Russian FB circles.
Very often their poor transmitters radiate a strong second harmonic which we can hear clearly around 6300 kHz, They work in AM modulation  It was probably such a broadcast.
So far, music broadcasts on the 100m band are incidental, no one appears regularly.
