Exact frequency is 7932.06 kHz. Good S5 with the VE6ARS KiwiSDR in Alberta, Canada. S5 with the Prince George, British Columbia KiwiSDR. Below the noise with the K3FEF KiwiSDR. No signal on the Caribbean Netherlands KiwiSDR.
0555 UTC-Unknown version of Hotel California, maybe in Reggae style?
0556 UTC-Talk in unknown language, maybe English
0557 UTC-ID and advertisements?
0558 UTC-Ad in English, still finding it hard to understand
0600 UTC-More ads in English, station ID?
0602 UTC-Talk in unknown language
0606 UTC-I think now in English, not sure why I am finding it so hard to understand them, maybe accented?
0628 UTC-Still going

Very nice Radio Vanuatu audio!
0558 UT (on audio 1:55-03:02): The often heard Mental Health PSA.
0601-0604 UT (on audio 5:00-8:00): News in Bislama; starting and ending with the usual theme music for the news.
So we should also be listening for the 3rd harmonic on 11898 kHz. and also the 4th harmonic at 15864 kHz.

It's all that toad licking and Kava drinking. It makes them crazy.

VANUATU. 7932, Radio Vanuatu, 0535-0659* UT Sept 6. Again being heard, but on this new frequency; seems this must
be the fundamental/primary frequency (not a harmonic), as no carrier heard on 3966 nor 11898; CODAR QRM, as also
reported by others. After 0659, I couldn't find them anywhere (2485, 3945, 5040, 7260, etc.). Here are a few highlights
(in general they played a lot of nice island music!):
0535-0544 UT: Phone interview.
0555-0600: Usual series of PSAs, commercial announcements, etc.
0600-0603: News in Bislama; unreadable.
0630-0640: Weather update for the many provinces.
0656: Advertisement for sugarcane products produced by "83 Islands Distillery" [ https://83islands.com/ ];
PSA for vaccinations against measles.

Yes, I meant to post that last night but I forgot. I checked with KiwiSDR’s in Alberta, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Australia and found no evidence of 3966 kHz or the other harmonics.
I want to try and receive them with my own radio some time but they fade in very late at night here and I have to be outside to receive anything. Does anyone know if Radio Vanuatu QSL’s? That would certainly be a nice one.

Has been many years since they QSL'ed. At least I have not seen any reports in a very long time!
I value my QSL:
