0053 UTC  Rock mx.  Sounds kind of like The Clash.  Been hearing this for over an hour from time to time.  Weak but readable on peaks. 
               
0056 UTC  Man announcer but can't copy.  Audio seems a bit on the bassy side.  Is this one of the LA Pirates??

I could see the carrier on Chris's SDR but couldn't dig anything out.
