Het and some ute racket on the Westminster KIWI with the 120 ft. TFD. I can see a carrier in the waterfall on that frequency.

If you don't mind me asking, to say what? He sure runs a weird station, and I have never heard of anyone getting a QSL from him. It might still be possible though to at least get a written verification letter if you explain it to him.

Yeah maybe ill explain to him I am requesting a written verification letter, never hurts to give it a try.

Let me know if you have success, I might also try if you succeed. While I do not find his station at all enjoyable to listen to, it will probably be the only Californian shortwave pirate on the air for a long time.
